Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

Timeframe: You can return most items within 14 days from the date of delivery.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In original packaging, including tags, labels, and accessories.

Non-returnable Items: Some products, such as personalized items or those marked as "final sale", are non-returnable.

2. Return Process

Step 1: Contact our customer support team at returns@epwindia.com or call +91-4066146550 to initiate the return. Please provide the order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Our team will issue a Return Authorization and provide return shipping instructions.

Step 3: We will send you the return address. Ensure the product is securely packed and use a traceable courier service for the return shipment.

Step 4: Ship the item back to the provided address. Please ensure you use a traceable shipping method for verification.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns based on personal preference (e.g., "changed mind"), the customer will bear the return shipping costs. Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Refund Policy

Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility criteria for a return.

Refund Method: If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, bank transfer, etc.) within 7-10 business days.

Partial Refunds: If the returned item is missing packaging, accessories, or is not in its original condition, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

5. Refund Timelines

Refunds will typically be processed within 7-10 business days from the date we receive the returned product.

Once processed, you will receive an email notification. Please note that the refund may take a few additional days to reflect in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

6. Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item.

We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

For verification purposes, we may request photos or videos of the damaged or defective item.

8. Order Cancellations

Order Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Refund for Cancellations: If you cancel your order within the allowed timeframe, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

9. Non-returnable & Non-refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Customized or personalized items.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”.

10. Replacement Time Frame

Replacement items will be dispatched within 24 to 48 hours after the returned item has been received at our facility.

Replaced products will be delivered within 7-10 working days.
