1. Shipping Charges
We do not offer free shipping across India.
A standard shipping charge will be applied at checkout, calculated based on the delivery location.
2. Delivery Timeframes
We aim to deliver orders within 3-7 business days for most major cities and towns.
For remote or rural areas, delivery may take an additional 2-4 business days.
During peak seasons, holidays, or special promotions, deliveries may take slightly longer.
3. Dispatch Process
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours after confirmation.
Once dispatched, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
4. Shipping Partners
We collaborate with reliable courier services like BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post to ensure timely delivery.
Based on your location, we may use different couriers to provide the fastest service.
5. Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email or SMS once your order is dispatched.
You can track the status of your shipment directly on the courier’s website using the provided tracking number.
6. Delivery Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details.
If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours after placing the order.
7. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
If delivery fails due to unavailability or incorrect address, the package will be returned to us.
After return, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery, and additional shipping charges may apply.
8. Delivery Exceptions
Certain areas may not be serviceable due to logistical challenges. If that’s the case, we will notify you immediately and provide alternative options or a full refund.
Please note that deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
9. International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. Our services are limited to India only.
10. Order Receipt
Upon receiving your order, inspect the package for any damage or tampering before accepting it.
If you notice any issues, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you receive a damaged product, please notify customer support within 48 hours of delivery, and we will assist you with the return and replacement process.
