3. Orders and Payment

Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This does not guarantee acceptance of your order, which is subject to availability and other factors.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and depend on the shipping location. We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as courier services or natural events.

Any damage or loss during shipping is not our responsibility. You must inspect the package upon delivery and report any issues immediately.

5. Returns and Refunds

You can return products within 14 days of delivery if they meet our Return & Refund Policy criteria.

Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned item and may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your original payment method.

6. Warranty

Our products come with a 1-Year EPW India Warranty (unless otherwise specified on the product page). This warranty covers manufacturing defects and issues that arise under normal use conditions.

Warranty Coverage: The warranty includes repair or replacement of defective parts or products. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, unauthorized repairs, accidents, or external factors such as fire, water, or power surges.
Warranty Claim Process: To initiate a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase (invoice/receipt) and the warranty document that comes with the product. You will need to contact our customer support team at info@epwindia.co.in or +91 4066146550 to begin the claim process.
Warranty Duration: The warranty is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
Return Shipping: If your product is found to be defective and is covered under warranty, we will provide repair or replacement. The customer may be required to bear the shipping cost for returning the product to us.

This warranty is exclusive and in place of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, are the property of EPW India Limited or its content suppliers. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability
