At EPW India Limited, we are committed to providing high-quality products. All the products we sell are covered by a 1-year warranty (unless otherwise specified) from the date of purchase. This warranty ensures that your product is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions.

1. Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers the repair or replacement of products that are found to be defective due to manufacturing flaws under normal and intended use.

What is covered under warranty:

Hardware defects: Defective parts or components, such as internal components, screens, or connections.

What is NOT covered under warranty:

Accidental damage: Any damage caused by dropping, water exposure, or other physical impacts.

2. Warranty Claim Process

To initiate a warranty claim, you must contact our customer support team. Please follow the steps outlined below:

• Return the Product: If your claim is approved, you will be asked to ship the defective product to our service center. The return shipping costs may be borne by the customer, unless the product is confirmed to be faulty due to manufacturing defects.
• Repair/Replacement: Upon receiving the product, we will evaluate the defect. If the issue is covered under warranty, we will either repair or replace the product at no additional charge.

3. Warranty Duration

The warranty period is 1 year from the date of purchase. After the warranty expires, EPW India Limited is not responsible for any repairs or replacements.

4. Warranty Terms

Repair or Replacement: EPW India Limited reserves the right to either repair or replace defective products based on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Service Times: After receiving the defective product, the standard service time for repairs or replacements is 7–10 business days. In some cases, delays may occur due to shipping or parts availability.

Product Returns: Products that are repaired or replaced will be returned to the customer within 7–10 business days after the repair or replacement process is completed.

5. Limitation of Liability

This warranty is exclusive and in place of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

EPW India Limited is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
